Situated in the folds of the Himalayas with a diversity of micro climatic zones ranging from the alpine climate in glacial mountains to the subtropical in the low lying plains bordering India, Bhutan is a trekker’s paradise. The country is recognized as a biodiversity hot-spot by the WWF for its stupendous variety of flora and fauna – insects, birds and animals that thrive in the carefully protected rich and largely primary forests. Crystal clear streams and rivers meander through the lush green valleys, while the mist shrouded hill and mountain tops – the abodes of the gods – provide spectacular views of the Himalayan paradise.

KIGA offers a series of treks for the beginner, the challenger or the curious, ranging from easy to difficult with short durations of 3 days to long durations of 31 days. KIGA has a highly professional team of trekking guides and cooks. Your personal staff will assist you all the way and ensure a warm camp will welcome you at the end of each day to resuscitate you with a hearty meal and a comfortable bed. We make sure that your trekking experience is pleasurable, envigorating and memorable.
